一場由教育培訓行業監管政策所引發的風暴，讓投資者的不確定性和恐慌情緒快速升高。上證指數連續兩天跌超2%，滬深300和恒生指數兩天狂瀉6%和8%。機構紛紛大幅下調教育股的目標價。
更令人擔心的是，相關的監管政策可能延伸至其他更多行業，尤其是此前增速較快的新經濟領域。雖說總體方向是為了解決監管漏洞以確保公平競爭和可持續增長，但對公司業績和估值殺傷力極大。在政策指引明確之前，A股和港股的超賣反彈都需要相當謹慎。

A股的“崩盤”似乎已經產生了外溢效應。
傳聞中的“外資撤離”並沒有被證實，但人民幣的拋售卻是事實。離岸人民幣（USDCNH）昨天重挫0.7%至6.5276，跌破了一個多月來6.45-6.50的橫盤區域。債券市場也是一片狼藉。
歐美股市昨天全線下跌，其中與中國科技股頗有淵源的納斯達克下跌1.21%。不過與A股的午後跳水不同，美股的尾盤拉升能夠暫時讓投資者相信，目前的風險還僅局限在中國市場。美國10年期實際利率降至歷史低點對美股也是一大利好。
但有一點不能忽略的是，中國大型科技公司背後的主要股東中幾乎清一色都是國外機構投資者。其中BAT最為明顯，而好未來的前十大股東全是西方面孔。如果恐慌拋售延續，歐美股市恐怕也難以獨善其身。納斯達克金龍中國指數（涵蓋了98%的在美上市中概股）跌至一年多來的新低，較今年2月的峰值已經下跌了20%。
個股層面，特斯拉、蘋果、微軟、谷歌的財報輕松擊敗市場預期。下一個登場的將是Facebook（周三收盤後公布財報）。華爾街預期3.5美元的每股收益和278.6億美元的營收，但顯然公司對未來的業績展望更為關鍵。3月以來Facebook的股價已經飆升45%，並且近期連創新高。期權市場顯示其單日的隱含波動率高達6.3%。
貨幣市場方面，英鎊昨天沖上近三周新高1.3876，漲幅領跑G10貨幣。有消息稱英格蘭正考慮允許接種過兩劑疫苗的歐美遊客入境。另外，避險情緒導致商品貨幣（澳、紐、加）集體下跌。
美元指數（USDX）連續兩天下挫。明天淩晨的美聯儲利率決議預計不會有實質性的改變，但內部關於縮減購債的討論可能會加劇。因此鮑威爾的新聞發布會的內容格外引人關註。若屆時更多的提及Delta病毒的影響，指數可能承壓。反之，若明確表示縮表臨近，指數將有望繼續震蕩上行。
雖然此次會議預計不會引發太大的市場波動，但仍然可以關註日元（避險貨幣）以及澳元（風險貨幣）等兌美元的走勢。
