一场由教育培训行业监管政策所引发的风暴，让投资者的不确定性和恐慌情绪快速升高。上证指数连续两天跌超2%，沪深300和恒生指数两天狂泻6%和8%。机构纷纷大幅下调教育股的目标价。
更令人担心的是，相关的监管政策可能延伸至其他更多行业，尤其是此前增速较快的新经济领域。虽说总体方向是为了解决监管漏洞以确保公平竞争和可持续增长，但对公司业绩和估值杀伤力极大。在政策指引明确之前，A股和港股的超卖反弹都需要相当谨慎。

A股的“崩盘”似乎已经产生了外溢效应。
传闻中的“外资撤离”并没有被证实，但人民币的抛售却是事实。离岸人民币（USDCNH）昨天重挫0.7%至6.5276，跌破了一个多月来6.45-6.50的横盘区域。债券市场也是一片狼藉。
欧美股市昨天全线下跌，其中与中国科技股颇有渊源的纳斯达克下跌1.21%。不过与A股的午后跳水不同，美股的尾盘拉升能够暂时让投资者相信，目前的风险还仅局限在中国市场。美国10年期实际利率降至历史低点对美股也是一大利好。
但有一点不能忽略的是，中国大型科技公司背后的主要股东中几乎清一色都是国外机构投资者。其中BAT最为明显，而好未来的前十大股东全是西方面孔。如果恐慌抛售延续，欧美股市恐怕也难以独善其身。纳斯达克金龙中国指数（涵盖了98%的在美上市中概股）跌至一年多来的新低，较今年2月的峰值已经下跌了20%。
个股层面，特斯拉、苹果、微软、谷歌的财报轻松击败市场预期。下一个登场的将是Facebook（周三收盘后公布财报）。华尔街预期3.5美元的每股收益和278.6亿美元的营收，但显然公司对未来的业绩展望更为关键。3月以来Facebook的股价已经飙升45%，并且近期连创新高。期权市场显示其单日的隐含波动率高达6.3%。
货币市场方面，英镑昨天冲上近三周新高1.3876，涨幅领跑G10货币。有消息称英格兰正考虑允许接种过两剂疫苗的欧美游客入境。另外，避险情绪导致商品货币（澳、纽、加）集体下跌。
美元指数（USDX）连续两天下挫。明天凌晨的美联储利率决议预计不会有实质性的改变，但内部关于缩减购债的讨论可能会加剧。因此鲍威尔的新闻发布会的内容格外引人关注。若届时更多的提及Delta病毒的影响，指数可能承压。反之，若明确表示缩表临近，指数将有望继续震荡上行。
虽然此次会议预计不会引发太大的市场波动，但仍然可以关注日元（避险货币）以及澳元（风险货币）等兑美元的走势。
