如果你已经是亚马逊的股东，你并不会为此感到担心，因为公司总市值还是维持在1.2万亿美元左右。而如果你还不是，你甚至会感到一丝窃喜加些许兴奋，因为入场的机会或许就在眼前。
发生了什么？
亚马逊在今年3月宣布了1：20的拆股计划，并于6月6日生效。这是亚马逊23年来第一次拆股。
所谓1：20拆股，就是原先的1股亚马逊股票被拆分成20股，而拆分后的每股股价相应的也变成了原来的1/20，即2447/20=122.35（周一开盘价）。但是企业的总市值并不会发生改变，因为一个蛋糕不论怎么切分，都不会使蛋糕变得更多或更少。
拆股对股价的影响
理论上讲，拆股利好于股价。因为这意味着原本昂贵的令散户望而却步的股价将变得更为亲民，从而会吸引更多资金流入并提高股票的流动性和人气。
下图是美国银行对1980年以来标普500成分股宣布拆股计划后的走势分析，在3、6、12个月的周期内，股价的平均涨幅远高于大盘。当然，这只是一个市场平均情况，并且涵盖了经济运行的不同周期。
回到亚马逊本身，自从3月宣布拆股计划以来，股价已经跌了12%，没能逃过这轮由加息预期和衰退恐慌所引发的美股抛售。但在周一拆股生效之后，股价跳涨了近2%，轻松跑赢大盘指数，当日成交量达1.3亿股，高于过去三个月的日均成交量。

亚马逊财报欠佳亮点犹存
拆股或许是扭转近期市场较为悲观情绪的一个催化剂，但股价前景最终还是要取决于宏观环境和企业的盈利状况。
亚马逊第一季度财报不如人意，营收不及预期且增速为20年来最低，7年来首次出现季度净亏损。从业务版图来看，在线销售和广告业务受到明显冲击，对电动车品牌Rivian的投资录得76亿美元的亏损，AWS（云计算服务）的销售额增长成为唯一亮点。
公司对第二季度营收的预测不及分析师预期。产品销售面临通胀、供应链、以及汇率等因素的影响。但服务板块却值得期待，目前营收已经赶超电商业务，不仅增速更快，并且还具有更高的利润率。尤其是AWS以14%左右的收入份额贡献了绝大部分的营业利润。
根据由45位分析师给出的预测，股价目标的中位数为175美元，若以当前股价计算还有40%的上升空间。
拆股浪潮
谷歌的1：20拆股计划将于7月15日正式生效。其他已经确定的还包括Shopify、Dexcom、RH等。特斯拉在年初也表示了今年有类似的计划，而上一次拆股就发生在两年之前。GameStop同样正在寻求股票分拆。
