英國央行維持基準利率（0.1%）和購債計劃（8950億英鎊）不變，並對提前收緊貨幣政策表達了擔憂，稱過早收緊政策會破壞經濟復蘇。聲明出爐後英鎊兌美元一度暴跌80多點，最終收於1.3920。
今年英國出色的疫情控製和率先縮減購債是幫助英鎊在5月份沖上1.42的主要原因，而現在變種病毒再次蔓延，央行又釋放謹慎的信號，令英鎊短線繼續掙紮。只有當匯價重回1.40上方後才有望延續此前的升勢。下方關註1.38附近的支撐。
GBPUSD 4H
除了英鎊外，貨幣市場整體波動不大。商品貨幣澳元、紐元連續第四天回升，來到一周高點。美元指數（USDX）收平在91.77，歐元微漲至1.1931。美/日在111附近遇到一定阻力。
美國的初請人數雖然不及預期，但拜登1萬億美元的基建計劃在兩黨基本達成共識，令股市投資者備受鼓舞。納斯達克和標普500收盤再次刷新記錄高位。
不過縮水版的基建計劃是否能順利闖關國會還有待考驗，況且其中的4400億是利用此前刺激計劃的剩余資金，並不是新增的支出。
考慮到流動性依然寬松，收益率低位徘徊，波動率不斷下行，情緒指標溫和運行，經濟數據總體向好，對於美股短期的走勢，我們還是比較樂觀的。下一個關鍵轉折點將是美聯儲何時釋放出明確的縮表信號。
另外，美國的23大型銀行順利通過了美聯儲的壓力測試，顯示資本狀況良好，能夠抵禦嚴重的經濟衰退，因此對於股票回購和派息的限製將被取消。這對金融板塊尤其是銀行股來說是一大利好。
黃金繼續在1770-1797區域震蕩整理。風險資產的走高降低了黃金的吸引力，同時美聯儲內部對於未來縮表進程的分歧也讓黃金投資者不敢大舉押註，暫時保持觀望。
下一個能讓黃金擺脫區間震蕩的因素或許是今晚出爐的美國PCE數據。預計PCE將由3.6%升至3.9%，核心PCE從3.1%升至3.4%。無論最終數據如何，遠高於美聯儲2%的目標是板上釘釘的。如果數據大幅好於預期，或將提升縮表以及加息預期，打壓金價。
XAUUSD 4H
WTI原油（SpotCrude）繼續刷新多年新高至73.62，但在74美元上方似乎存在一定壓力，近幾個交易日蠟燭實體收窄而上下影線拉長，RSI指標也呈現頂背離現象，預計油價將經歷一波橫盤或調整。關註下周的OPEC+會議的產能決定。
