股市
美股周二全线下跌，标普500下跌1.4%，纳斯达克和道指分别下滑1.57%和1.34%。
特朗普的“十月惊奇”还在继续，他意外地宣布暂停与民主党关于刺激方案的谈判直到大选之后，瞬间浇灭了刚刚有所回暖的风险情绪。如果说这是选举策略的一部分的话，那这无疑是一个豪赌。
而就在他宣布之前，美联储主席鲍威尔再次呼吁政府投入更多的财政刺激，否则经济复苏将面临挑战。鲍威尔表示在当前环境下，过多的刺激所带来的风险将小于过少的刺激。
欧洲股市昨日普涨。ASX200上涨20.5点至5962.1点，涨幅0.35%。
商品
黄金下跌至一周低点1877.91。财政刺激方案落空使通胀的前景变得更为渺茫，避险资金流入美元，导致金价下挫。目前技术指标偏空，下一关键支撑看至100天均线1858附近。
WTI原油（XTIUSD）在特朗普叫停谈判之后回吐部分日内涨幅，最终仍收高于39.8，再次回到200天均线上方。尽管上周美国原油库存增加幅度高于预期，但侵袭墨西哥湾的风暴相应提振了油价。
外汇
美元指数（USDX）在避险盘支撑下调升至93.85，10年期美债收益率降至0.74%。日元是昨天唯一兑美元录得涨幅的货币，USDJPY在50天均线附近受阻，从三周高位下跌至105.63。
欧元在特朗普的消息之后由涨转跌，最终收盘报1.1733。欧洲央行官员的鸽派言论让市场预期会有更多的宽松政策出炉。英镑下跌至1.2873。
风险货币全线下跌。澳元受避险情绪影响下跌超1%至0.71。澳洲联储维持政策利率不变，但暗示会采取更多宽松的货币政策。澳洲政府2021财年的赤字预计飙升至创纪录的2100亿澳元或GDP的11%。
纽元下挫0.8%至0.6587。加元走弱至1.3314.
