市场担忧升级 各路资产齐跌
拜登的1.75万亿美元“重建更美好”（Build Back Better ）法案11月获得了众议院通过，但现在却可能在参议院面临夭折。民主党西弗吉尼亚参议员曼钦此前已经多次对该方案表示反对，认为会增加政府的债务负担并加剧通胀。他在上周日再次明确表示不会在1月投下赞成票，除非能进一步缩减该计划的支出规模。考虑到西弗吉尼亚属于传统的共和党地盘，曼钦的“跳反”并不难理解。
由于参议院目前是50：50的状态，拜登的方案在民主党全部归队的情况下才可以凭借副总统的关键一票勉强过关。但如果出现任何的跑票（如曼钦），该支出计划将最终落空。
但是，就像当初从3.5万亿砍半至1.75万亿那样，该计划继续“瘦身”并在1月通过参议院表决还是大概率事件。预计磋商和利益交换将在台面下继续进行。
只是当前的挫败发生的时间点颇为敏感。疫情再起已经冲击了风险情绪，而在货币政策逐步退出宽松的同时，如果财政刺激方案无法及时补上，经济复苏将面临巨大挑战，甚至还可能会影响到美联储的加息进程。这也是高盛为什么下调美国明年GDP增速的原因。
美国三大股指昨天延续下跌，且都逼近了关键的长期均线。CNN的恐慌贪婪指标显示，市场目前处于“极度恐慌”的氛围之中。在假期临近流动性不足的时候，任何的意外都有可能放大市场波动。
Dow (US30)
由于“重建更美好”中涉及了对电动车行业的高额补贴，因此新能源汽车股昨天遭遇重挫，其中造车新势力“蔚小理”的跌幅都在5%以上。特斯拉跌穿900美元关口（-3.5%），已经从11月的历史峰值下跌了27%。在补上了调控缺口之后，是否能在100天均线附近止跌？
Tesla
疫情以及刺激方案的折戟沉沙同样打击了原油需求的前景。欧洲部分国家已经在圣诞节前重拾了全国性封锁，升级了防疫措施，英国表示不排除再次封城的可能。WTI原油收低于69.49，但盘中最低触及66.46。更值得注意的是，1月和2月的WTI期货合约价格出现了远期升水，这为现货的短线走势拉响了警报。
外汇市场整体表现较为平静。美元指数小幅收低于96.48。欧元意外领涨，避险货币日元和瑞郎兑美元也录得涨幅。商品货币集体承压，纽元和加元分别跌至一年多新低。

由于土耳其总统出台了救市措施，里拉完成“最后一跌”后强势反弹近20%。
