【本周展望】黄金绝地反击! 这家央行要加息?

金价在绝地反击之后本周将继续接受重磅数据的考验,而新西兰有望成为疫情后率先加息的发达经济体。

股市

上周出炉的美国经济数喜忧参半。PPI创新高,初请和续请失业金人数小幅下降,而核心通胀增速放缓,消费者信心指数降至近10年来新低。

但股市似乎不为所动,标普500和道琼斯连续四个交易日刷新历史新高,三大股指上周全线上扬。参议院先后通过的1万亿美元基建方案和3.5万亿美元的预算框架提振了市场的信心。

虽然流动性仍然在为股市提供支撑,但在成交量清淡的8月,风险也在不断的累积。

首先是美国的新增病例和住院人数都达到了6个月来的新高。其次是仅用1年半(史上最快速度)就实现翻番的标普500已经有近200天没有出现过5%的回撤了,远超平均的94天(高盛)。另外,美联储的缩表可能比预期来的更早更激进。当然也不能忘了RSI等技术指标出现的背离迹象。

本周重点关注周二的零售销售数据、周三的新屋开工,以及周四的初请人数。

欧洲和澳洲的主要股指上周同样创下记录高位,亚太股市则延续暴跌后的反弹。

贵金属与原油

  • 黄金

黄金在经历了跌宕起伏的一周后,最终成功逆转并收高于1780附近,一周波幅高达100美元。

通胀数据见顶以及消费者信心指数大跌,使得对美联储缩表的预期降温,这是黄金绝地反击的主要推动力。

强势反弹后多头信心有所恢复,本周市场投资者普遍看涨黄金。上方1790/95是首要的阻力区域,随后是1833附近。下行方向,初步支撑在1755/60。

XAUUSD

短期来看,经济数据以及鲍威尔的讲话将继续对市场预期产生反复的拉扯,从而引发收益率和美元的波动,这也是影响黄金走势的关键。

  • 原油

在多空双方的角力之下,WTI原油(SpotCrude)上周基本持平于68美元。疫情卷土重来让IEA和OPEC分别调降了原油需求预期,这抵消了美国原油库存下降的利好影响。高盛预计短期内原油供应的缺口将有所收窄。

总体来看油价面临较多的不确定性,上方受到70美元整数关口以及20天均线的压制。若油价跌穿66.80一线或将再次测试7月和8月的低点65.23。

外汇

  • 美元

美元指数(USDX)上周挑战7月高点93.16失败,最终冲高回落至92.47。如果进一步失守92(50天均线),需要谨防顺势下探91.80和91.46的可能。

虽然美联储内部鹰派呼声渐强,但消费者信心大幅下挫之后,缩表的预期已经被推迟至第四季度。本周重点关注周二的零售销售,以及周三公布的美联储会议纪要,从中寻找缩减购债的线索。

  • 欧元

美元的下跌让岌岌可危的欧元形势有了喘息的机会。周五的大幅跳后汇价摆脱了4个月以来的低位1.17,反弹至1.1796。本周二出炉的欧元区二季度GDP或许能再次提振欧元,因为大部分国家在同期都曾放松了疫情限制,整体经济活动显著增强。

但值得注意的是,欧元的上行方向依然阻力重重,1.1845和1.19是多头首先需要攻克的阻力。

  • 英镑

英镑上周微跌至1.3869,但周五的看涨吞没有望刺激汇价本周初继续走高。若能突破当前的旗形形态则将激发出更强劲的上升动能。考虑到英国央行较为鹰派的基调,多头目标在1.3983的7月高点。

GBPUSD

数据方面关注周二的失业率和周三的CPI,PPI和零售等。

  • 纽元

纽元连续两周上涨后收于0.7038,继续运行于6月开始的0.69-0.71的区域。

NZDUSD

本周三的新西兰联储会议格外引人关注,因为新西兰有可能成为疫情后首个加息的发达国家。

新西兰的劳动力市场已经恢复到疫情前的水平,通胀加剧,房价飙升,因此8月18日加息已经被市场广泛预期。汇价有望挑战200天均线,即0.71的区间上沿。如果联储这次最终没有正式宣布加息,或者其言论不够鹰派,纽元甚至有短线遭遇抛售的风险。

但不少经济学家预期新西兰在年内除了8月之外,还有两次加息的可能,因此纽元在下半年的表现有望跑赢其他G10货币。
