【本周展望】通胀未见顶?更多加息还在路上!美股财报季拉开大幕

美国的CPI数据无疑是本周的重中之重,同时第二季度财报季将正式拉开大幕。中国将公布二季度GDP数据。新西兰和加拿大央行本周将继续加息,50个基点已经成为新常态。

英国和日本的政坛上周都经历了巨震。一个首相丢了工作,另一个前首相则不幸遇刺。各自国内的政治影响力或将出现微妙的变化,但对金融市场的冲击尚不明显。股市稳中有升,日元持稳,英镑甚至连续两天收涨。

本周关注

7月11日(周一):日本央行行长讲话

7月12日(周二):德国7月ZEW经济景气指数、英国央行行长讲话

7月13日(周三):新西兰联储利率决议、中国7月进出口数据、美国6月CPI、加拿大央行利率决议

7月14日(周四):澳洲6月就业报告、美国6月PPI

7月15日(周五):中国二季度GDP/固定投资/零售销售/工业产出等数据、美国6月零售销售和密歇根消费者信心指数

股市

美国三大股指上周录得反弹,其中纳斯达克累计上涨近5%,标普500涨幅近2%。

美股本周将面临严峻考验。

首先是周三出炉的6月CPI,预计将高于前值8.6%,继续刷新40多年新高。关注核心通胀率是否能继续回落。如果周四的PPI继续保持在10%上方,将进一步证明通胀并未见顶。考虑到上周强劲的非农数据和美联储抗击通胀的决心,7月加息75个基点几乎没有任何悬念。这对科技股来说将构成挑战。

不过一个有意思的现象是,在过去15年中,纳斯达克有14年都在7月实现了月度上涨,平均涨幅为3.8%,而上一次下跌还是在2007年。

纳斯达克的季节效应

另外,第二季度财报季从本周开始。摩根大通、摩根史丹利(周四)、花旗、富国(周五)等银行股将率先登场。二季度标普500的EPS增速预计放缓至4.1%,可能是2020年以来最慢的增长。美元的持续升值同样会考验企业的获利能力。华尔街对此次财报的前景普遍悲观。若盈利预期遭遇下修,标普可能重回跌势。

大宗商品

商品价格上周涨跌不一。钯金累计上涨近10%,天然气8%,小麦6%。但黄金、白银、原油、铜等价格继续回落。

金价连续四周下跌,反映出近来美元走强带来的不利影响。若跌破1720恐将下探1680一线。

国际油价周四和周五实现反弹,远离关键支撑区域。对经济衰退的预期让油价难以恢复此前气势如虹的涨幅。但美国库存下降、OPEC产能不足、以及欧美正在研究的对俄罗斯原油实施价格上限等因素,共同限制了油价的跌幅。

外汇

加息和避险的双保险让美元指数(USDX)继续刷新20多年来的新高,但周五的倒锤形似乎暗示短期内涨势可能有所放缓,具体需要观察周一的收盘形态。

欧元连续第二周大幅下挫,周五最低触及1.0072,离平价水平仅一步之遥。

EURUSD

欧洲央行既想遏制通胀,又不想通过激进的加息加重南欧国家的债务负担。犹豫不决之中,货币政策大幅落后于其他主要央行,令欧元承压。更重要的是,欧元的持续贬值将继续恶化通胀前景,形成恶性循环。而天然气供应危机令欧元区的经济雪上加霜。这些问题在短时间内都难以解决。

日元连续五个交易日处于窄幅波动区间,而英镑则从首相辞职中受益。澳元上周上涨0.55%,是唯一兑美元保持升值的主流货币。澳洲就业报告将于本周四出炉,预计将来到近50年来最低的3.8%。

本周三,新西兰和加拿大央行将先后公布利率决议,预计分别加息50和75个基点。这可能会在短线内造成汇价的波动,但商品货币的长期走势还是笼罩在美元走强和大宗商品价格回落的阴影之中。
