欧元走势提前剧透央行决议？
本次会议上，央行预计将调整描述未来政策的前瞻指引，以反映两周前战略评估上最新设定的通胀目标。该目标由原来的“低于但接近2%”调整为“2%”，这意味着央行将会容忍更高的通胀率而不急于缩减购债或收紧货币政策。这在一定程度上类似于美联储的“平均通胀目标”。
理论上来说，这是一个较为鸽派的信号。但由于欧元过去两周的下跌已经充分消化了这一因素，因此当今天公布细节之后，可能不会给汇价带来太大的波动。
另外一个关注的焦点在于疫情紧急购债计划（PEPP）。鉴于目前欧洲严峻的疫情形势和好坏不一的经济数据，央行可能更倾向于按兵不动，留待9月（更新经济展望时）甚至更往后的会议上再决定是否要增加购债规模以及延长相应期限。
可能对汇价产生更大影响的将是行长拉加德对于通胀、疫情、缩表、经济前景等议题的看法。若我们听到一些比较积极的信号（如讨论减少购债），欧元可能进一步远离当前的低位。反之，若汇价完全跌破支撑（红色），年内低点1.17就在不远的地方。
EURUSD
美元指数（USDX）结束四连阳后回落至93下方。英镑重夺200天均线回到了1.37上方。商品货币集体反弹，其中挪威克朗和加元的涨幅领跑，显著受益于油价的大幅回升。
美债收益率的回升表示避险情绪有所降温。WTI原油（SpotCrude）昨天拉升5.6%，站上70美元关口，日线图上形成反转形态。黄金则扩大跌幅逼近1800，下一个关键支撑位在1790附近，即6月跌势的23.6%的回档位，若失守将打开通往1760的大门。
“币圈教父”马斯克周三再次表达了对加密货币的支持。我们所提供的加密货币昨天全线上涨。其中比特币收复了31000美元关口，日线图上收出看涨吞没形态。但一次的反弹并不代表趋势的反转，不过跌向28000美元的概率暂时有所降低。

美股连续第二天反弹，强劲的财报数据暂时盖过了疫情升级造成的恐慌，逢低买入的策略也起到了关键的作用。受益于收益率的反弹，能源和金融类股的涨幅居前。
