此次会议的主要内容有以下几点：
- 鲍威尔暗示缩减购债最早可能从11月开始，并于2022年年中结束（若以8个月左右的周期来算，初步估计为平均每个月减码150亿美元）。声明中首次出现了“放缓资产购买速度”
- 9名委员预测2022年加息，6月时为7名
- 17名委员预测2023年加息，6月时为13名
- 上调2021-2023年的通胀预测
- 下调2021年GDP增速，但上调2022和2023年的GDP预测
- 上调2021年失业率， 2022和2023年的保持不变

美元指数（USDX）再次逼近关键阻力位93.45附近。若完全突破后可能会迎来更强劲的上升趋势。但值得注意的是，利率掉期市场隐含的2022至2024年的联邦基金利率要低于美联储委员的预测。长端债券收益率昨天小幅下降，收益率曲线趋于平坦。
美元指数（USDX）
在美元走强的影响下，黄金未能突破1780/85区域以及趋势线1787。短线关注下方1750的支撑，若跌破恐将加速跌向1818一线。
XAUUSD H4
除了黄金之外，大宗商品价格周三全线走高，尤其是钯金（XPDUSD）拉涨6%至2000美元上方。美国原油库存跌至2018年以来最低水平，WTI原油跳升至72美元。铁矿石远离一年多以来的低点，铜价上涨近3%。
大宗商品价格的回暖帮助商品货币（AUD,CAD,NOK等）走强，但欧元和英镑则延续颓势跌至一个月低点。
今天有三家欧洲国家的央行将公布政策声明。其中英国和瑞士央行预计按兵不动，而挪威则大概率成为首先加息的发达经济体。数据方面关注欧元区和英国的9月PMI初值。
除日本外，昨天全球主要股市普涨。
恒大承诺按期支付人民币债券利息的消息暂时安抚了市场情绪。虽然8350万的美元利息能否按时偿还尚未可知，但即使今天无法按期支付，恒大仍有30天的“宽限期”来避免债务违约。另外关于恒大将“有序拆封”的消息也缓解了全球投资者的担忧，因为这将避免当前的债务危机升级成系统性风险。
